We started out asking for a heat pump but for our house the best option was a new furnace and air conditioner. Integrity Air's bid came in at a good price, and they were on time, efficient, helpful and did a great job of installation. No hidden charges. We would definitely recommend them.

The crew, Steve and Kevin, were very friendly and explained exactly what they needed to do to remove the old unit and install the new one. It was not a typical install and they had to get creative but the workmanship was excellent. It was a long day for them but they stayed until everything was completed. I would recommend them to anyone needing the services they provide.

Pedro, and the Integrity team are very nice people, and reliable. They did not push anything on me, they installed a new heat pump system that was made for our existing heater system. Everything went well, and the cooler works great. The price was very fair. We saved $1,700.00 compared to another companies price. Thanks Integrity, and Home Advisor.

These guys are amazing! They were on time , knew exactly what they were doing and left me with a super cool house to relax in! They didn't make me feel like an idiot when I asked questions! And after they were done working we even had a couple laughs and they played with my dogs for a minute. Highly recommend this company

My repairman was Kevin and he was on time, clean, personable, intelligent , and really a very nice and professional young man. He took time to teach me how to operate the system and was very patient with me. The system seems to be operating perfectly. Thank you for your hard work.
