Great communication

Excellent experience. Had this company upgrade a 30 year old, neglected attic with nothing up to today's insulation standards. All details were discussed on initial visit. Had a long list of questions, but Larry answered them all before I could ask! He also presented options in materials & techniques. Customer Service was excellent. Day of install was seamless with the team working harmoniously & nonstop. Take the time to read their "about us" on website... total truth!!

The came in with a team that worked hard, kept areas protected from debris, covered all exposed areas in attic prior to insulation. Customer Service was excellent. We were appraised of progress and the men were very pleasant.

What a TOP NOTCH company! Excellent communication, value, professionalism. I would highly recommend them. They secured every nook and cranny of my home. Larry and his crew were on top of it. Arrived on time, reviewed the scope of work with me before they began and after they were finished to ensure i was satisfied. One of the best contractors i have worked with.

It seems that many insulation contractors want to do every bit of work they think needs done in your house in order to be bothered with the job. Larry was really good about giving me a bid for the work that I had identified, and for a price that I thought was reasonable. They did a good job and you can really feel the increased comfort in the house with the floor joints filled in with foam insulation and through wall insulation done in the parts of the house that didn't already have fiberglass.

I was amazed by this company. Their communication was beyond awesome! They kept me in the loop on everything and were very clear on what they were going to do and when they were going to do it. The job went off without a hitch. They sent enough men to my house to get the job done on schedule like they promised. The clean-up was impeccable (like they weren't even here). I work from home and they insulated my attic and crawlspace and I hardly knew they were here. There was slight construction noise but I am on calls all day and I never missed a call or had to work around noise. **** Here is whats really important **** Every man on their crew smiled. They shook my hand and looked me straight in the eye when they arrived. Called me Sir(even though I don't require that). Answered every question like they enjoyed telling me about their work and how they did things. The day they did my Attic it was 100 degrees outside so you can imagine how hot it was in the attic. They brought their own water and other preparations for the difficult conditions. No prolonged breaks, no complaining.... just lots of work. Another nice thing is they didn't have loud music playing and I didn't see anyone smoking or evidence of them smoking which is kind of a pet peeve of mine. Will they work for us again??? ABSOLUTLY Will I recommend them??? ABSOLUTLY

We had condensation issues with some duct work that started in the attic to the basement. Larry pinpointed the problem and fixed it. Along the way Larry and his crew found other problems and took care of those issues as well, but at their expense....who does that now days! They went above and beyond the call of duty. Professional, trustworthy, friendly, polite, puntual, efficient...I can't say enough good things about Insulation Pros. We would hire them again!!!!!!!

Hired this company after a Home Show last winter. Very timely response, quck appointment. Nice guys, professional. They insulated around and below (between the garage ceiling and the floor) of a walkin closet over an unheated garage. Now literally every time I walk in there I am so happy that the closet is comfortable, not 110+ in the summer or -10 in the winter) . Best improvement investment I've made.
