The company never responded to my concerns on the mud work to cover the holes. Many are not fully filled, so I have to remud them all, in order to sand and paint. They also seem to run late.

Top to bottom these guys were fantastic to work with. Out of the three insulation companies that came out to make a bid on insulating my attic they were the most thorough in their inspection and recommendations. Because of this I did not hesitate to hire them even though their pricing was the highest of the three. On installation day the guys were prompt and efficient. They put in an almost 12 hour day in my attic and left not a trace of mess after they finished. This project was completed in April or so of 2015 and unquestionably made the upstairs of my house more energy efficient and livable.
