"I got an Xcel Home Energy Audit first, which I recommend you do. After that, I got 3 quotes and hired NetZero for several reasons: a) One of the owners showed up to give my quote; others sent employees. b) He came with a FLIR gun so he could personally evaluate my insulation situation. c) He seemed to more directly address my questions and concerns. d) They were willing to assume liability for the Xcel rebates. e) It wasn't my most important criteria, but they also had the cheapest price. On install, they showed up on-time and performed the work without incident. I had the full spectrum: attic sealing and blown-in insulation, basement sealing and rolled insulation, and spray foam in the second-story floor above the garage. When you get the Xcel rebate, Xcel calls and asks to do a follow-up inspection, which I did. They found one minor issue with the work that the told me and NetZero about. NetZero promptly followed up with me and corrected the issue. This was in the spring, so I waited until the winter to write this review. The worked-on rooms are so much more comfortable and maintain a much-more constant temperature. My energy bill has definitely dropped, but it's hard to judge exactly how much because I hadn't lived in the house a full year."

"I worked with both owners, Josh and Dustin, along with crew leader Chi and Javi. All of them were outstanding to work with. Communication was excellent. Work and cleanup were great. The price was outstanding. The job was completed five days after the site visit to quote the project. The job involved adding blown-in cellulose in the attic on top of an existing layer (R30 to R38). Soffit baffles were installed to ensure proper attic ventilation. The final attic insulation is now R60 over the house and garage. Dustin explained what work would be most cost-effective. Labor and materials charges were separated in the quote. I highly recommend Insulation Nation."
