I was impressed with Insulation Pros from the very beginning. To my experience, contractors sometimes talk down to customers. Larry was the consummate professional from the very beginning. I took several bids from different contractors and he was the only contractor that didn't use jargon in an effort to speak beyond my understanding. He clearly explained every aspect of the work they would do and why that work was important. A lot of companies say they value customers, Larry with Insulation Pros made me feel valued. As I was considering other bids, Insulation Pros followed up with me to ensure that I knew they wanted my business. Although I had decided to go with Insulation Pros practically from the beginning, it felt good to be valued and almost courted. After we agreed on the work to be done and pricing, we scheduled my installation appointment. I was again impressed because they called shortly before coming out and arrived exactly as scheduled. The workers were very professional and courteous and demonstrated as Larry did that my business was important to them. They completed the installation in a timely manner and did excellent clean-up afterward. I would highly recommend Insulation Pros to anyone needing insulation installed. I believe I got great value for the work I had done and they really prioritize something that is rarely demonstrated these days, excellent customer service.

Showed up on time, able to make an appointment within an acceptable amount of time needed. Estimator (owner) was polite, professional and helpful. Staff that completed the work was friendly and finished in a timely manner. They did what was asked to be done. They cleaned up the fiberglass that was left on the floor, but not on the shelves or toolbox. They did use some of our tools without asking. (They should have their own?). Product (netting was stapled to the garage ceiling and then blew in fibreglass to fill the space between the floor board and netting)- disappointed, it is a flawed design. Staples are already coming out, fiberglass is coming out. Where they didn't/couldn't staple, they used duct tape (ours) to attach the netting to the ceiling. The duct tape is coming off. Work was done 3 weeks ago.

Incredibly hard-working, professional, aim to please family business. They bent over backwards (and worked late) to accommodate a demanding renovation schedule for us going above and beyond our expectations to satisfy us as customers. They did incredibly clean work and for such potentially messy work. They were focused and were in and out like the pros they are. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Larry Langley, the owner, is a "can do" professional. He and his workmen came on time and scheduled the work in a timely fashion which we needed. The lead man on the job worked as hard as anyone & did the job with a professional attitude. I had asked Larry to come back to re-check the walls with his heat thermometer to compare temperatures during cold outdoor temperatures, and he did just that. It demonstrated the improvement. They also did some follow-up work on the exterior as the insulation was blown in from the outside. The exterior "coring" required more work due to the way the walls were constructed, but they did not charge more than the bid. This is a company, I believe, with integrity.

Good and reasonably priced work. Could have done a better job protecting the garage floor from debris by covering it completely, although they cleaned up fairly well after the job.

I had never heard of either Home Advisor or Insulation Pros. Since the company had received many excellent reviews, I asked them to do an estimate. Compared to my other two bidders, they were more thorough in their inspection, showed me photos of my attic, offered me a wide choice of brands and types of insulation (I picked one that is non-itchy and resists settling), had a good schedule, and came in with the best price too. The reviews I had read were correct. This is a small family-run company that really cares about doing the work right. They protected our carpets, were in and out in less than four hours, and cleaned up when done. The bill was exactly as quoted. One minor problem was noted after they left, and they returned promptly to fix it. I've already shared their business cards with three friends and neighbors. We went from R-19 to R-41 and the very next day could tell a big difference in the way our upstairs felt when we got up in the morning.
