From start to finish these guys are pros. At the Lawn and garden show I filled out one of their cards. They gave me an idea of the cost at the show. When they came out for the appointment, the price changed. It went down considerably! The work was scheduled. They showed up on time and were extremely courteous. I went back to work and came home to a clean house- you could not tell that they had been there. I noticed an immediate difference when the furnace came on after a couple hours instead of a few minutes. Wow. Oh, by the way, I am a heating and cooling contractor of 46 years so I pay attention to these things. I cannot say enough good things about these folks. I have already sent then a thank you email asking them if they do commercial work as my office needs insulation. Could not be more pleased.

They did only what was needed. Their recommendations saved me money and they sealed the open spaces around all fixtures which the other two contractors I talked to did not include in their quotes. Very pleased with the work and price.

Insulation Pros insulated the attic space for my home built in 1977. They removed all the old and deteriorating insulation and replaced it with a blow in style insulation that has dramatically improved the temperature in our living spaces. From the time of the estimate to the end of the insulation installation, the owner and all his support staff were friendly, informative, and professional. I definitely recommend giving Insulation Pros an opportunity to address your insulation needs.

They were prompt and showed up ,but the insulation that was installed didn't make a difference at all , kitchen is just as cold as before, very disappointed FOLLOW UP! Larry the owner contacted me about the job his company performed. He literally came back three times to fix the probably. Never once did he try to avoid the situation, he gave me his word and kept it! I feel he went over and beyond to figure out my insulation issue which turn out to be quite baffling! Also Josey the secretary was very gracious and competent in scheduling the contractors back out to my house, kudos to her as well! I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMMEND INSULATION PROS!

I contacted Insulation Pros and a couple other companies to help resolve some areas of poor insulation in my house. Larry was above and beyond the leader in the response he provided as well as the information to help me make the decision. His inspection was very thorough and the price was reasonable. For the install, the team was very fast and great to work with. We had several areas that were worked on and the crew worked about 8 hours straight. They made sure to cover everything with plastic so that our carpet and other items were protected. We can already tell the difference the additional insulation has made. I would highly recommend working with them.

We purchased a new house in 2015 and noticed through the winter that our house felt drafty and cold. It was hard to keep the house warm. We had insulation pros come out and inspect our attic and they found that there were many areas that did not have any insulation or poorly installed. They came in an insulated and now our house is warm and even in windy conditions, no drafts. A very happy customer. We had one problem that a light quit working and we called them. They responded immediately and found that the light had not been installed properly and the common came out of the fixture as they were standing on the rafters. Everything is perfect and I'd use them again with any insulation needs I have. We've already noticed a reduction in our heat and electric bills. Very professional and very courteous.
