He responded quickly, understood my concern to ensure the removal was performed in a prompt, discreet and entirely professional manner. He promptly reported when the task was complete and followed up with the tenants when the dead possum was removed. This is a great service, especially for landlords who are separated from their properties by distance and cannot see for themselves the full extent of what is reported to them by a tenant as "a dead animal in our back yard".

He arrived promptly and treated the entire house, inside and out. Since the exact location and cause of the noise could not be determined, he used a general treatment. It did eliminate the noise.

He didn't seem to hear what was asked of him or offer any thoughts. He merely suggested a spray job that would be good for 6 months even though he said it would probably only last 3 or 4 months. I can't speak to the effectiveness of the treatment yet.

He was rather late (I think he double booked), but very quick and efficient once he got there, making every effort to allow me to continue with my day.
