David was extremely friendly. He was available to come to our home after normal working hours (6:00 PM). It appears he was very thorough and we have not seen one bug or spider since his visit. His rate was also very reasonable especially as compared to some of the better known services. I would highly recommend him.

David was very courteous and professional. He didn't use scare tactics that we have experienced in the past. We only had a simple inspection of a house we are about to buy, but he returned our call in about 10 minutes and we did the inspection the same day! He recommended one service which we plan to use him for. Thanks, David!

I called Insect X Pest Solutionsout for a Racoon problem I had. He came out and made an inspection and was very reasonable in what he charged. He did not try and recommend further service that was not needed. He did recommend some things I could do on my own to prevent a reoccurance. I felt he was honest and very fair. My only little dislike was in our sceduled appointment time. He did not show up at our scheduled time and never called till almost a half hour later. I understand that when making multiple house calls the serviceman can get behind...all I ask is for a phone call updating me. I would use him again though should the need
