Rapid initial reasponse. Technician called before they came. Not very prepared for an interal bee nest. Internal nests require drilling into the wall and the tech just put their ear to the all to hear the bee. I gave her a stethoscope to pin point their location prior to drilling and gave her spackling coumpoud to seal the hole. Beside the aerosol spray to kill the bees, the tech could have brought a stethoscope and spackling coumpund.

Good job. Little glitch with communication, but overall, high confidence rating for this firm.

The technician was very professional. He was less than half the price that the other company quoted and guaranteed his work for six times as long!

Reasonably priced. Was able to take care of the problem on the spot. We had a severe carpenter ant infestation in our garage and back addition to our house. Still seeing some ants on occasion, but they are dying. Pesticide service didn't harm our cats...glad it was safe around pets! Overall, great service, and glad they were able to address the problem right away. Only problem was that he didn't arrive on time, 1 hr late...but glad he was still able to do the job when he arrived. Worked until after 9 p.m.

When I reached Servicemagic online I thought perhaps it was some sort of weird site but I was completely wrong! The first company you mentioned called me back in minutes and was at my house within days (I was out of town or he would have come sooner). He was very nice and professional and did a great job. He actually came back a second time as our skunks returned due to faulty fencing we installed. We were very pleased with the service from this vendor as well as from servicemagic. I needed a last minute inspection before a home purchase. I would recommend Insect X to anyone that needs a similar service. Dave was professional, honest and knowledgeable. The only thing was that he was late and we had to wait about 45 minutes, but that was a minor inconvenience compared to the service he provided.

InsectX showed up on time and was very courteous. Sprayed entire house and did and overall great job. Would use them again and will recommend to any of my friends if they should need this service.
