I have a Samsung dryer that started squeaking. I initially reached out to Samsung about having a technician come and look at it. After four days of calls that never actually went through and being told that I had to pay $140.00 before they would even schedule a time to come look at my dryer, I went on Angi and found Cincinnati Restaurant and Home Appliance Repair. Not five minutes after sending in a request I received a call with a technician ready and available to come in less than 24 hours. Not only was he cordial and easy to talk to on the phone, he came prepared with parts to get my dryer up and running in no time at all, and the cost was very reasonable. This was some of the best service I have ever received for a home appliance and I will definitely reach out to this company again with any future needs. Don’t waste your time with the big companies, just call Cincinnati Restaurant and Home Appliances Repair.

While my refrigerator could not be fixed. Jeff was timely, polite, and a pleasure to work with. He was extremely apologetic about not being able to fix the refrigerator, but if I ever had a problem in the future, I would be sure to reach out to him.

Yes, he is very professional. He has saved me thousands. On parts and labor costs, very efficient. Trustworthy, and he's there when he say he's going to be there. I've been dealing with him for about a year. Now you can't beat his prices, don't waste his time. He's not going to b******* you, he's going to do it right? And if you want it done wrong? Are cut corners?, he's not going to waste his time doing it. That's why I like him. Honest person and I would think that's who you will want working on your equipment.
