I requested service for a refrigerator that was running hot. I looked on your website I saw options and this gentleman called me, after talking to him I decided to use his services. He was on time, he repaired it pretty quickly but after several days my refrigerator is running hot again which means it was never fixed.

It is unfortunate that a refrigerator will fail after repairs. I reached out to customer to visit again at no charge but she refused to call back. I can?t do more than that.

DONT USE this contractor! My washing machine was giving a fault for draining. Repair tech came to my home, ran the washing machine empty, the washing machine worked fine, I asked him to clean the pump trap which is the most common problem with draining. He said that was not the problem since the empty cycle ran fine, His diagnose was to replace the control board for $660. He decline to clean the trap and demanded payment for showing up. I did the job myself and found a sock in the pump trap, which was the caused of the problem. I am very disappointed on Angi for recommending this type of contractors. He should be removed from the site.
