Yes, he is very professional. He has saved me thousands. On parts and labor costs, very efficient. Trustworthy, and he's there when he say he's going to be there. I've been dealing with him for about a year. Now you can't beat his prices, don't waste his time. He's not going to b******* you, he's going to do it right? And if you want it done wrong? Are cut corners?, he's not going to waste his time doing it. That's why I like him. Honest person and I would think that's who you will want working on your equipment. I have a small food vending business.

Jeff was unprofessional. He did way more damage then repair. He was supposed repair the dryer and the icemaker. He also damaged the washer. Now they both arent working and I cant do laundry. He did not fix the dryer and he charged $958.20. I paid him $500.00. I work with repair professionals and have never had such a horrible experience and now we cant use our appliances and will most likely have to buy new ones!

It is always painful to have an appliance breakdown. My dryer broke down when I had 4 loads of wet clothes on standby. I placed a service request late on a Sunday afternoon. In less than 2 hours Mr. Lachter called me to set up an appointment to repair the dryer. He was friendly, reasonably priced and knowledgeable. During these times when you cant find someone who provides customer service, Jeff Lachter is the exception. Thank you!

It was a disaster. To start off he gave me two separate prices for the consultation. When he came to do the work, he cracked the new fan that he had me purchase and my refrigerator still didn't work. On day 2, he advised that give the refrigerator some time to see if the fan would build up and didn't. I contacted him on day 3 to let him know that it still wasn't working and he informed me that he was going on a three-week vacation and for me to reach back out to him around 7/27/2024. I then was forced to reach out and pay someone else who came in and fixed the issue with no problem.

This is totally fake. They tried to scam me for a ridiculous fee that never occurred. Please see my more than 100 positive reviews.
