Even though my refrigerator was a total loss, Jeff was quick to come out and diagnose the issue. Extremely professional and gave me honest opinions on what brand he would use in his own home. It was clear that he values his customers and is not just about a fast buck ! I will use him for future repairs for my appliances when needed!

The man replaced three parts on my dryer was making the same noise within a day he did come back and work on it claimed it was fixed again still making same noise I have just decided to wait but it breaks buy a new one.

The repairman was called to fix a problem of ice in the back of the refrigerator for our rental property. The problem was not fixed and we just discovered that he literally duck taped the cooling unit to the back of the refrigerator. What repair person just slaps duck tape in place to hold in a cooling unit inside the refrigerator, and we still have ice in there.
