A Typical case of buyers remorse there was no up sell here this home was very large probably 5000 square feet three upper floors with a history of numerous water leaks throughout the home and due to illnesses in the home, Amanda and her husband insisted on the extra testing of the whole house 3 levels not including the Attic and basement. The test did reveal that they did have a severe Black mold problem in the basement and garage the estimated costs were given in advance for all the optional extra testing. They still agreed after I gave them the cost and they didnt complain about the extra cost for more testing and at that point, they made a conscious decision to go ahead with the extra testing of the possibly unaffected areas in the home. There was a very low amount of mold found on the upper floors however the basement was very moldy and I recommended remediation ASAP. I am professional and don't use a hard sell or scare tactics the clients have the right to refuse testing no one is twisting arms to do extra unnecessary tests. They happily paid me by credit card upon completion of the testing. This rating is unfair and unwarranted not indicative of my past performance just look at all the five-star ratings I received over this year. Thank You Ron LoCascio Owner operator and inspector
