"Having never renovated a pool in the past I was quite anxious about the process. Especially as this is a waterfront property with water table issues. They turned out to be absolute experts with the unique characteristics of waterfront pools... I have had quite a few snags with contractors in the past, and this was my first experience with a pool. John and his family team were on time, did an absolutely outstanding and creative job with mosiac tile and their word was as good as their bond which is hard to find these days. From soup to nuts this family business delivered, from starting the project on time to completing it when promised, and at the price that was quoted, with no add on surprises. Lots of companies complete a job and are not available for the follow through in the event of concerns and problems. This team has a dedicated trouble shooter for any problems AND they are communicators, if not answering the phone on the spot, then always returning calls in a timely matter. Without having to ask I was sent a letter via email to submit to the water company to reduce my water bill. I highly recommended this company."

"The store manager, Nasha, has never failed in providing timely support to a host of issues associated with our pool. Specific areas include: - installation of new pump - installation of new heater - recommendation for solar panel install company - new pump went bad and she had a new one out and installed within 2 days - Heavy duty pool vacuuming (process is called "Hammerhead") after pavers around lanai & patio were cleaned and sealed. Lots of stuff in bottom of pool that my pool vacuum wouldn't clean up."

The process of selecting a good contractor with the desired results was becoming tedious. Luckily Tony and Kristal pools put us at ease. Tony was at every step of the process from the first estimate to fill and provide great insights that were inline with our vision. We were curious about adding a sundeck to the structure. Tony’s years of experience give the appearance of being original. Tony noted original construction defects with the hot tub and made corrections that have improved performance. The crews used from pavers to finish were the absolute best. A concern I had is that so many refinished pools end up being more basic than original. Tony took time to hear concerns and addressed by adding precision accent tiles, increasing glass beads to the finish and adding bull nose curbing. The after pics speak volumes."
