Excellent experience with Ron @ RDL Home Inspections. He called me back promptly and showed up for the appointment on time. (Seems to be a lost trait with many these days, but NOT with Ron.) He went over and above my expectations. I had recently had a roof repair job done and was worried about water, mildew & mold. He clearly explained each step along the inspection. I would HIGHLY recommend Ron's services to all.

I expected more detailed information about mold removal to be in the actual report. This information would be provided at additional cost.
Response from Company:
Please be aware that we at RDL home inspections are NYS licensed mold Assessors and testers only and initially we do not get involved in the process of mold remediation since we are not mold remediators. In this particular case, after receiving the Lab. test results I suggested professional mold removal only and for safety sake not to be attempted by the homeowner. We do not comment in our mold reporting on how to get rid of mold since there are different effective methods and processes in getting rid of mold. However, we at RDL do offer fee-based additional service to our clients to aide them by working in conjunction with the mold remediation company that the client chooses. This would include a Mold A remediation protocol report A pre-remediation site inspections and post-remediation inspections and testing. Thank you, Ron LoCascio
