The owner was extremely helpful and made some great recommendations that made the project better, will be looking to have this company k for other projects right after we get our stimulus checks!

The team very professional. I received an honest assessment of the issue and a fair quote for the services to be performed.

Unreliable business. Work never completed. Major delays in starting work with various â reasons.â . Excuses change every time this was questioned. Ordered materials never delivered; and deposit on promised work not returned. May need to seek Small Claims to recover. Been close to 6 months without resolution. Have asked for resolution 8 times in past 5 months and each time long delays and various reasons on â whyâ . Business not capable of providing straight answer and timeline to resolve. I would highly suggest alternative vendors at this time.

Kelly really got us out of a pinch. He communicates very well as there were many delays due to adverse weather. Our home sold within 24 hours and closing was in a few weeks. Kelly was aware that we needed the project done ASAP. It was an HOA violation and it could possibly change the outcome of the sale. On the FIRST clear day Kelly got the job done right. I will definitely work with Hunters Development LLC again.

Kelly is very capable and knowledgeable. Our project involved removing large sections of asphalt and repaving.

We were looking to patch and seal our driveway as one of the few to provide an estimate for patch and sealcoat instead of overlay or full replacement. Kelly arrived on time and provided a rough estimate that day. When we decided to go with him, he came back and provided the written estimate for the same amount. We have had the patches completed, which will minimize degredation of the driveway thru the winter. The patches ended up slightly larger than anticipated, but there was no extra charge for teh variance. We had a delay due to an issue with the person that was t do the sealcoat and may need to delay the seal coat until spring. Overall it has been a pleasure to work with this contractor to date.

Hunter was very responsive and professional from beginning to end. I had a sink hole in the driveway. He dug out the asphalt sinkhole and leveled across the upper part joining the garage. He was very fast and reasonable.

Kelly helped refine the scope of our project. Made sure we were happy with the pavers and suggested a nature stone finisher that enhanced the entire look of the patio all while staying with our budget. Even before the patio was completed our neighbors commented on how well the project was coming together.

Hunter's was very professional from beginning to end. They dug out an asphalt sinkhole in my driveway, leveled and installed drainage. They were very fast and extremely reasonable. This is one happy customer who will be calling them back to complete more projects on my property.
