Outstanding work on schedule and had a fair price.

One of very few willing to take on a small residential driveway 20x20. Others wanted to charge for removing and disposal of old SUNKEN driveway as well as the Remainig Good Section. Kelly explained that the new asphalt needed something to connect to and made cuts at the garage entry and where the drive had not dropped down inches. Once I agreed with the plan, the work proceeded in the stages previously explained. New asphalt material covered the sunken half of our drive at least 3 inches thick over the old un removed stuff that others wanted to charge for breaking up, removing and disposal. Plus the driveway was double sealed. We saved 73% of what others wanted to charge or in other words we paid only 23% of the other estimates. We are very pleased with the results

Hunter's Development did an OUTSTANDING job repairing and sealing my very long asphalt driveway. I am a very particular (but reasonable) consumer. He was prompt, professional, and a very good value. My repair work included jack hammering three large areas that were damaged. Hunter's patched the three large sections, filled existing cracks, replaced the corroded drain pipe at the end of our driveway where it meets the street, and finished the job by sealing the entire driveway. Great customer service, prompt quote, and exceeded my expectations of work performed scope and quality wise. My project was to refill gravel along the common road and spread gravel around the house foundation.

The gravel driveway at our sonâ s home was in pretty bad shape. The culvert at the roadside entrance had rusted over time and was further damaged by a couple of car accidents that bent and disrupted water drainage. We selected Hunterâ s Development, LLC after speaking with Kelly, the owner and seeing all of the super positive reviews on Home Advisor. The entire driveway was graded, then additional gravel put down and tamped to provide a wider and thicker driveway. Twenty feet of asphalt was added to the roadside to provide a smoother and safer entrance and exit. Kelly and crew did a great job at a reasonable price. Did a great job sealing my driveway and installing a drain.

Kelly was professional and easy to work with. Was available in short notice and was responsive when reached out to. Gave a great value compared to 3 other estimates we received when he came out to check for himself. Our driveway looks 100 x better than we expected. In summary - very affordable, great crew, excellent asphalt work! My fiancé was impressed and that's saying a lot!
