Solomon has been great to deal with and very aggressive to gain the business. His prices are good and the work has been excellent to date. They started the work as promised and the communication of status is constant and takes into account my preferences. I feel like we are a team with the goal of making our yard the best it can be. So far they have completed the mulching, weed clean up, clearing out under our deck and the first mow and I am completely satisfied with the work completed so far. "Best Chimney Services LLC installed a stainless-steel flue liner and a cap/damper at the top of the chimney. The finished product, from the cap/damper at the top of the chimney, down the liner in the chimney to the firebox at the bottom is picture perfect. Even the concrete crown was perfectly molded with no concrete mess anywhere. Chris Hernandez and his helper arrived on time and got right to work, putting a big tarp on the hearth and surrounding floor and plastic over nearby furniture. Tarps were also spread on the roof. When the work was finished, everything was cleaned up, including vacuuming the area around the fireplace. Chris has a number of certifications regarding all aspects of fireplaces, flues, caps, dampers, etc. and can explain in understandable terms why things are done a certain way. He and his helper certainly know what they are doing and have obviously had experience doing it. A week or so before the actual work, a thorough inspection was done . . ."

I say this because he was the one among dozens of HVAC service providers who answered the call late last Tuesday night when our AC decided to go on strike on the eve of a day slated for a triple-digit heat index. Matt arrived at our house at around 2 a.m. on Wednesday morning after having completed a job 40 minutes away. He performed a thorough cleaning on the unit, replaced a weak capacitor, and charged it up with coolant, and voila - our aging system was running like a dream and bringing the house down from a temp in the low 80s to a much more livable temp in the low 70s in short order. Matt was a consummate pro throughout...super polite and totally open, honest, and informative about the work being performed and why he was doing what he was doing. The office called me the day prior to the scheduled service call to update me on the arrival time for the technician.
