Eric did a very thorough job on my inspection and showed up on time and ready to go. He took good pictures of any issues found and seemed very knowledgeable on all aspects of home construction and maintenance. His quick estimates for the issues he found were very close to what actual quotes came in at and he recommended some contractors that seemed top notch as well. His price was also very competitive and he gave me a quick and easy quote when i contacted him online through his website. I would recommend him to anyone I know buying a home in the Indy area.
