I was very happy with Home Exteriors, they actually came out on a Sunday for consultation especially when two other companies said they would call back and never did. I didnt have to wait 30 days for supplies, employees, etc. They came when they said and finished job in one day, very impressed very happy with company

I stated from the beginning that I had a siding issue. At the end of the project (which looked shoddy), the guy who did the work told me this should hold. If the problem persists, call someone who works on siding, because I do not. He also tried to sell me insurance at the beginning and end of my project. I tried several times to contact Angi about this issue, but no one wanted to hear my complaint. I do not recommend this service.

They had workers who did not speak English hard to communicate. I had asked for a hard copy of my contract taken them several days to receive them, after we called several times for them to send it. We also had to call the main office.

What was in the contract is what not talked about. They are overpriced and there is a problem with the water leaking around the fireplace wall. Brian said he?s going to get somebody to fix the problem but nobody showed up. I am hiring another contractor to come in to fix the problems.

They weren't the lowest price, however their product was better, the sales representative was very thorough and on time and they got the job done a week early. The Gutters look great. Just waiting for the next big rain storm!

Home Genius rescheduled appointments with us twice only to then say our work would not meet their minimum requirements without even meeting us. Our home needs new gutters, down spouts, soffit and fascia, exterior trim, painted, etc.
