Quick quote and remarkably quick start on the project. They were done within a day. Just be aware that to take advantage of their low price quote, you have to commit that day with a cash/check deposit.

I do not recommend Home Genius Exteriors. If I could give this review a negative 100, I would. I trusted your company to perform the work as agreed upon, but that trust has been broken. Not only was I overcharged, but the work promised was not completed. Here is one of the many install issues. Home Genius Exteriors failed to install proper ventilation on my roof, leading to mold. In my opinion, when I raised this issue, the tone of your representative was misleading, intimidating, and dishonest during the conversation and he left without addressing my valid concerns. After a month of runarounds, nothing has been done. As a disabled veteran, I value honesty and integrityâ principles your company has failed to uphold. This experience has put a financial burden on me and is causing great difficulties. In my honest opinion as a consumer who trusted a company that seemed trustworthy, the lack of honesty and ethics throughout my experience with this entire company is frankly repulsive. Based on my experience, Home Genius Exteriors does not deserve the trust of customers with its predatory and dishonest practices.

These guys were fast, efficient and cleaned up everything when they were finished. They did a fantastic job. My roof looks beautiful! I love it. I would definitely recommend this company to all of my friends and family. They did a magnificent job.

They were prompt in responding to my request for inspection and estimating cost of a new roof, gutters, and downspouts. Answered questions to my satisfaction. Was available for calls if I had any other questions/concens.

My roof looks good. Installers appeared to be competent. No site manager and most of the workers did not speak English. Had to make lots of calls to people trying to resolve issues. Tyler was outstanding at coordinating. Clean up was fair. Materials left behind which project manager picked up. Work overall was good, organization of job was poor.

Found these guys on Angis and asked for a quote on a metal roof and gutters. This was the only contractor to get back to us within the week. Their sales rep Andy Leach came out and was very professional and we could tell by the way we he spoke with us that he takes a lot of pride in his work and his company. We decide to use them based on this and the fact that they use higher end materials and offer a great lifetime warranty. It was a quick and efficient process. They came out to start our metal roof in under 2 weeks and was done in just a few of days with the roof and the 6 inch gutters we had them install. The project Caleb, stayed in contact with us and made sure to iron out a few issues and took care of the cleanup for us. Great company, good people. Would recommend them to anyone who asks.

They where fast to get the work done. They did a Wonderful job and cleaned everything up when they where done. I went with shingles instead of metal. Very nice group of guys.

I had a wonderful time getting a new roof! The representative who came was personable and presented information rather than "selling." The people who scheduled and who contacted me from customer service, even before the job started, were also professional and friendly. The job site coordinator was present and available for questions during the work, and the work crew was really beyond anything I have ever seen. I have never seen people work with such concentration on the job at hand, and with such expertise. The clean -up was excellent, as well. If and when I need any similar work done, I won't have to do an extensive search; I will be happy to call them again. It is such a relief to find such a company, and I really can't say enough about how great this project was!
