I will note I am a military veteran of 21 years and they gave me a military discount still a ove 3 times what I would have paid with a local roofer. I will give two stars only because they had the roof installed on the day they said. That being said, morning of the scheduled install date I gat a visit from the "project manager who said he trusted the crew to so their job an he did not need to be there for it and he would come by later to do a walk though an make sure I was satisfied ( no card given). With how professional the seller was about a big company, I guess I was convinced it would go well. Then 4 Mexicans started work 3 of the four decided to relief them selves in my backyard and they left numerous things behind like 3 lengths of drip edge, 2 rolls of underlying material, 2 sheets of. ply wood, and a bundle of shingles. Then I get a text from the project manager of Hey Mr. Bxxxxx roof is done there is no way I am gonna possibly gonna be able to get back Uber there to close out with you tonight we did use 5 sheets of plywood so that is too extraordinary 300 you slap me know if you want to write a check for it or put it into the financing it is app to you give me a call or text message so we can figure out tomorrow afternoon sometime if you work then after work or just no way I can get back down there tonight which I replied with ok. Then nothing and it is two months later. Ghosted from a company that is supposed to be the BEST . I am just wondering why I paid 3 times the amount I should have to get a replacement roof and where the customer satisfaction I was garrentied is at. By the way this is a military discounted job! And I found 10 plus nails just in my drive way, which was stated they would pick up after finished.

    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
