The workers were very personable and on time introduced themselves then got started right away. Were done in a hr. Then showed me the work on cell phone plus what I could see from the ground. I am very pleased with the results.

The HGE Crew was efficient and clean removing old gutters and replacing with new system. The only company which actually got on a ladder to conduct a thorough assessment of gutters. Great job!

Worker did a good job. The painters washed their brushes off in our french drain and the paint rain out onto our neighbors sidewalk.. Talking to the VP he didn't seem to interested in my problem. I had to give him my name at least twice spelling it the last time. When he arrived he called me by another name. Not very good customer service. I felt he was more interested in getting back home than helping . Now the customer service we received from Erica working out the payment was a total success. very professional She had to track down the project manager to get our deposit recorded. She took the time and called us back when the payments were ready. Maybe the VP should get some lessons fromErica. .
