Called them because of an emergency and they came that day. the work they did looks great

They were prompt at getting back to me. Did the job within a few days of my call. Their pricing was reasonable. Everyone was very friendly.

Repair 5 ft x 10 ft section because of leak. Because 7 year old roof from a different contractor was tearing, had to go across the roof. I had asked owner, John about the existing underlayment and old nail holes, he said thats just under the singles to protect the roof until the shingles are on. Problem was after the John had finished, an insurance rep. came by to check other inside damage. They inspected the roof after new shingles were on. They had asked if the underlayment was replaced, which should always be done. nope. Not sure if insurance company will cover us if we have any future problems. Had emailed owner and not response, yet, granted only two days have passed. Also let him know I was waiting to do the review giving him time to get back to me. I looked at the reviews for this company and put a little extra trust in them since they live close by. If we get anything done/changed. I can always update. ** John was great at communicating until the job was complete. He was on time. Got it completed before the next rain. - Possible reasons underlayment was not done, job was small to begin with and could of gotten away with doing for a few shingles. When it became more, they did not have all there tools with them. Is my guess. Completed 25 ft by 10 ft, plus fixed a vent pipe. I though original quote was good, it doubled since they had to do twice the amount of work. If they would have charged me for installing the roof with the underlayment I would of been fine. Again I had asked him about this several times.

Did job quickly and efficiently. I would call on them again if I needed a job done!

John was nice, punctual and appeared to be known the solution to the problem. This was an intermittent problem with the roof leaking and it occurred again in October. I called John back on two occasions, and he never returned my call. He is not the first person to not understand the problem and I understand if he did not want to pursue the issue. I feel he should have at least returned my call and told me to look elsewhere.

The roof that this contractor supposedly fix started leaking a few months after the repair was done, and all my calls were ignored. I had to call a different company to make the job right Very very disappointed.

Great service! Definitely recommended to friends and family! They abide by the warranty they offer and return no questions asked to ensure any remaining issues are resolved. The initial work was promptly done, unfortunately with an overage from the estimated cost (only reason 5.0 stars were not awarded). This is one for the rolodex.
