Hercules Foundation Repair has been an awesome company to work with. The owner, Allen, has handled this job like he was doing his own home. Every team member has been extraordinarily professional, accommodating and patient with all of our questions. His office staff is very customer oriented and responses have been immediate. We know what is going to happen and when. Every step of the process has been explained. Allen and his team are a wealth of information. Bottom line up front: if you're looking for good treatment, a fair price, and a quick response, Hercules is where you need to go. Bought a house with a pier and beam foundation. The house had been moving for years. Called the office, they schedule Allen to come out. He did a wonderful job of assessing the situation, had the team out in less than 3 weeks and the job was done in less than a month. They raised the back half of the house as much as 4 inches in some places. Completely different feel. The house feels solid now. Very happy with the work. I'd call'em again if I had to but I don't think I'll need'em for another 20 years. They get my vote.

Excellent Customer service from time of evaluation to project completion. This was a Great company to work with. Everything was handled in a timely manner and they kept the jobsite clean.

Verbal promises not kept. Still no diagram/schematic of sewer line tunneling, weeks after alleged "completion" of project. Worksite left uncompleted. Theft of property inside home while job was in process. Property taken out of home and thrown away as trash into organic recycle bin. Inspector was not informed of tunneling.

Unfortunately, we found out that the previous home owner lied about foundation issues and succeeded with the sale since we were unaware of what to look for. This company was amazing from the very first phone call. I requested a quote and immediately received a call back with an appointment the very next day. Allen Alexander and Zack were very knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. On the day of the estimate, we explained that we had put our remodeling on hold due to the foundation issues. Allen was very helpful and was able to squeeze us into their schedule to start the very next week. Their pricing was great for all the work our home needed. Workers were professional, polite, and very respectful. Even with the weather not cooperating, they continued to work without a complaint. When the job was done everything was swept, cleaned and all around the home looked neat and patterned out as if nothing was done. We have been in San Antonio for only a few years and it has been hard to find good, trustworthy people. I am so glad we found Hercules Foundation. They made us feel comfortable and answered all of our questions. Knowing that we have a lifetime warranty with a company like this makes us feel at ease.
