I hired Heating and Cooling Pros to replace an AC compressor in my home. They overcharged me for the Unit and damaged bathed unit during installation. Instead of being honest, they left me to find the damage on my own. In addition, the unit is rattling. I contacted the merchant many times via email, text, and phone. I was left waiting more than four days for them to *stop by* to fix the issues. It was not until I initiated a chargeback on my credit card did they again reach out to resolve the issue. It is absolutely disgusting that they would leave a piece of equipment I paid over $5K damaged on the day of installation. I provided them with another opportunity to rectify the situation by permitting them to exchange the unit. They arrived at my home this morning, tightened the bolt to stop the rattling, and giving me some story about why they do not have the unit to exchange. THEY ARE DISHONEST TO THE CORE. LIE AFTER LIE AFTER LIE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Life saver after Isaias. After 5 days without electricity our AC unit was not working efficiently when power was restored. I called Heating and Cooling Pros and they were able to come the same day. Arrived exactly at time stated, wearing a mask and ready to work. Thankfully it was not a serious issue and we were back to cool air quickly. It is so nice to have someone come to work in your home who is friendly as well as professional! I would highly recommend this company and now have their card hanging with our other trusted repair companies. Thank you for saving the day!!

Actually saved the day. 90+, no AC, my worst nightmare. They were able to find same day to come out and diagnose the issue. Walked me through all the pros and cons as well as a resolution same day. Moh also changed my filters and talked to me about more efficient ways to run the AC in my house!

Amazing service!! Moh and his team were extremely professional and did an excellent job fixing my central air. Not only did they helped me get my central air system up and running perfectly. It was done quickly and efficiently and they gave me the best price for a job that required high quality work. Their customer service was impeccable and I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family!
