It was a pleasure meeting Muhammad from Heating & Cooling Pros LLC. By sending him some pictures and giving him some information he knew the problem with my boiler. This is important to me … He did not charge per hour, gave me a price which was very reasonable. I felt peace of mind knowing he was honest and was not over charging me, also he was on time and did not make a mess. I did not have to clean up after he left. Muhammad is definitely very knowledgeable of his work and highly recommend him and his company.

Friendly and knowledgeable

My oil delivery line has gelled up and was blocking my furnace from getting oil. I sat in the cold for 2 days while calling a few companies who claimed they provided 'emergency' service 24 hours a day. Whenever I was able to get a live person on the phone they promised to be here the next day between certain hours. The hours came and went and not a single soul called me or came. I called Moh on Monday night and explained my situation and let him know that I didn't have any heat. He promptly sent me a text telling me he's be here by 10am the next day. He showed up at EXACTLY the time he said he would and immediately went to work. He cleared my oil line AND changed my mucked up furnace nozzles that hadn't been changed in years. He was quick, knowledgeable and took him time resolving my issue. He also suggested that I change to gas heat and I'm definitely going to use his company in the spring to do just that. I called him today because my filter is leaking a little and he's going to come back soon to resolve it. I HIGHLY recommend this company and particularly Moh. He's my go to guy from now on!

My family was very pleased with the service from this company. Mo was very forthcoming in explaining the problems with our furnace, as well as the options. We were able to make a decision about replacing the unit without the pressure that some companies employ. A very clear proposal and estimate was sent and the work was scheduled. They came when they said they were coming and It took three people to remove and replace the furnace over 2 days in the bitter cold. They were very conscious about cleaning up during and after they completed the installation. The thermostats also needed replacements and we had a problem due to the wiring. However, Mo found a suitable upgraded replacements and installed them as scheduled. (In the meantime the heat was working.) The Heating and Cooling Pros company is an excellent company and I highly recommend them.

Moh was extremely responsive, isolated the problem immediately, explained my options for addressing it, and generally was very professional. Much appreciated. You never know these days what you're going to find when you hire a contractor you don't know, but in this case I feel really lucky. Now I know who I'll call next time.
