I sent Moe a video of a controller that was making clicking sounds he came with in the time he specified came checked boiler out found a bad sensor on hot water circulation discharge pipe and leaking pressure relief valve. Had to go to supply house to get parts and repaired boiler which did not want to turn on. We thank Moe and would use his company again for there service.

Could not diagnose the problem. The performed a deep cleaning of the boiler and verbally guaranteed that there would be no more carbon monoxide problem. However the problem remained.

The utmost professional was displayed by the owner who is very hands on and right to the point when it comes to getting the job done. Unfortunately my HVAC stopped working on the coldest day of the year I made one call to the heating and Cooling Pros, they came and resolved it and I have never had an issue since. I can not express how professional and reasonably priced they were, I definitely recommend them to anyone that needs work to any of their HVAC systems .
