"What a great experience. My hot water heater stopped working and needed to be replaced. I found waterheaters.com online and read all the positive reviews and now I find myself writing one as well. It was so easy using the chat feature on the website and working with Marie to identify my problem, come up with a solution and schedule a time for the installation to be done. Who knew someone would be available 10:30 on a holiday weekend! Eddie and Josh just left my house and did a fantastic job installing the new heater and removing the old one. They were so professional, knowledgeable and kind. In addition it was pouring outside and they were wonderful about laying down some tarp to protect my floors. The installation was quick and they left my laundry room cleaner than it was. I would highly recommend this company. Not only do I want to thank the company but I want to thank all the previous customers who gave them fantastic reviews. Without those reviews I would not have chosen this company. You will not be disappointed. Thanks again guys!"
