Very professional and responsive to questions. Great detailed report with over 100 pictures. And with detailed remedies to repair possible mold removable and preventive measures. However, the report was a visual search only. I understand there is no current mold levels deemed safe for everyone but I did not find the report very valuable for the cost.

Rick was unbelievably thorough and educational. He took time to understand first why I wanted the evaluation. Then he took the time to explain to me what he looked for, what he found and what it meant for me. He went into every nook and cranny of my house, took pictures and provided a through report when he was done. He then made recommendations based on his findings and even provided some service providers I could reach out to. Overall a great experience and so worth it!

Rick has an intuitive, holistic understanding of how homes work. I was extremely impressed with his depth of knowledge and expertise - everything was very well explained and I felt we were in very safe hands. Rick also definitely saved us money as we originally thought it was a mold problem, but it turned out to be something entirely different, requiring a different solution. One of the most expert tradesmen I have worked with, highly recommended.
