Never put in writing or took pictures to explain what was needed. Charged me $299 when we had agreed to a price of $199.

Patrick, I do my best to provide great service as affordably as possible. My full house review with photos, report, and guidance through project completion is $499. I do my best to accommodate those who desire a more affordable option. Sometimes that is entirely appropriate with a situation so straightforward that no more than $50 fee was needed. The homeowner understood the situation and had no need of photos or a report. Sometimes more complex situations required up to 6 house to sort through and 4 hours to interpret and report. That service was $850. I am told often that I give my clients far more than they expected in service. I invite all of my clients to call anytime with more questions or to review previous discussions again. I remain available to all who need additional help.

I was so impressed with Rick's service! From the very beginning to the end he was asking me questions and listening to me well in order to understand the needs and problems with my condo. He was thorough and easy to understand. I felt like I was in a CSI forensics show, going over everything with him, discovering SEVERAL problem areas.
