Rick was very nice and very professional. He did not only confirm there was mold in our office but found other areas of concern. He took a lot of pictures and in his report advised our landlord on how to address the problems. I learned a lot. I will make some changes as well. The pesticides I use in our home will change and areas where toxins build up will be addressed. Just like organic food is good for your body, a healthy Home is as well!!

They were painstaking and thorough in their inspection and provide insight and value beyond analysis of mold and other health risks. In their report I got a list of next steps to take, including many I could do myself. I appreciate that they only do the inspection and then provide helpful references for others who can do mold remediation and water removal and management. The subsequent companies they recommended have also been excellent. I will recommend them to others.

Don't know how many times I have bumped, scratched, punctured, and cut my head on sharp things sticking down from the bottom of a floor system while contorting my way into the depths of a tight crawl space. They did an excellent assessment, but they were not as good about communicating in a timely manner.

At a client visit we did yesterday, the issues we discovered were straight forward enough. Before we left the client's house, we addressed the hour-long set of questions that several family members in attendance had about what was at issue, where the issues were at, why they were happening, how to correct them, and which issue to address first. They completed their first measure before we left the house. They know which one to do next. Every house situation is unique. Every house corrective process will proceed differently.
