Reviews
Write a ReviewI was most impressed with Mr. Harris and the professional manner in which he conducts his business. Unfortunately, his workers leave a lot to be desired. I had tile flooring installed in a small bathroom. The job was completed in one day. The workers left the bathroom dirty with their debris, they took no care of my carpet with their dirty shoes and they threw some type of liquid mix onto the side of my house and sidewalk that has yet to come out....even after 2 separate pressure washings. When this was reported to Mr. Harris, he penalized the workers and sent me a $30 check for damages.
Took a personal interest in the project. Good company.
Decent work, knowledgeable and informative about wood floors. Quote was on the high side but the excellent BBB rating and longevity in the business steered me towards this company. A few annoying issues with the sub-contractors schedules and the fact they had to return to fill in gaps (more filling still needed with wood filler. Considering the challenges of my old floors, it was fairly painless unless you count the horrible order from the stain. They did charge more to use a water-based polyurethane -it may be justified but disappointing. The owner, Mr. Harris was gracious and even helped me move furniture.
He estimated two hours to clean and completed the job in exactly two hours. The were very nice and even cleaned up any messes they made. I would recommend hem to anyone.
Had ceramic flooring installed and it came out excellent. The workers were very consciencious with their work. They had to initially remove wood flooring. They used all precautions to make the job as neat and hastle-free to us.
Harris did not do the work. He contracted it out and it was a mess. The finish on the floor did not match the stairs as it was suppose to. The top coat they put on the stairs is coming off and the damage to my house from the sanding machine and stain cost me more to repare than the job itself.
He hired us to fix a bad job from another contractor. We were asked to do additional finishing to make the stain look better & correct a bad sanding job. He did not accept our recommendations to completely refinish the stairs. Upon completion & time to pay he stopped all communication until a week later when he informed us of problems with the job. He would not allow us to come out to look @ or correct any problems. We completed his job within 3 days 2 days ahead of schedule. He spoke to the office on day 2 of the job stating how pleased he was with the work in progess 70% completed & previous sanding problems corrected with the stairs finish
The installers were very professional, listened and adhered to my concerns and were on time! The price was considerably reasonable and lower than 3 other bids I received for the exact same job. I will use their service again and will recommend them to anyone with a flooring job.
Excellent all over! Our carpet will not need to be replaced nowl it was cleaner than we imagined.
It was reasonably priced and of good quality, the service and carpet.
They guided us every step of the way to help us make the best choices to meet our needs. They were friendly, responded quickly to our needs and questions, and were pleasant to work with on the phone and in our home. Our rooms look fantastic!
