The 9X 12 wool rug was extremely dirty, but no pet stains. It was stained by too many humans for too long, and they got it all out, including the fringe also. It was a better job than I expected..

David was very curious and went over and beyond doing a good clean job. I had my 5year old granddaughter and she wanted to sing happy birthday to her doll and David joined right in while working. My carpet and couch and loveseat look brand new. Will definitely use them again. And recommend them too!

Harris Carpet and Floors were not only professional but very knowledgeable/experienced in the carpet installation/carpet cleaning industry. Typically money saving advice is the key component missing with most Contractors but Harris Carpet broke that tradition by provided tips and advice that saved me money and time. When I first heard that the owner would not be in attendance of the actual project, I admit I was worried. But was very surprised that the worker that was sent to do the job was very experienced, tolerable of my pets and even explained to me the details of the job in progress...
