Just bought our home and I hired him to power wash my deck, driveway, and Gazebo. He quoted a price from looking at google map. I wish he would have told me upfront that the project was too much for a quote he gave me before he started. On the deck, he stated that the green mold was from the deck not being taken care of for so long that it would not come off and that he sprayed it with something that the sub will help take it off, same with gazebo, plus on the gazebo, he started the floor and you could see the square where he started to power wash and then he stopped and did not clean the rest. We went to and bought a power washer, the green mold and mildew can me all off and the gazebo floor was finished. On the positive, the driveway looks good and he was very polite and was on time, and communicated with me about coming out in a timely manner.
