Mark responded quickly, offered a fair price and finished the job well. Definitely recommend

Mark agreed to do the job and seemed reasonable and articulate. He asked good questions. Then, on the eve of the job, he dropped out of sight. He stopped responding to my emails and phone calls and left me hanging on my project. I never heard from him after setting a schedule and agreeing to his terms. I would stay away from any engagement with him or this firm.

I think overall they did a good job. You definitely have room to dicker with them WRT price. I held out and my price dropped from $600 to $400 -- amazing.

Mark was fantastic! He arrived on time, very pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient in his installation of our new living room fan and light combo. He was able to provide an accurate estimate from the photos and descriptions I provided prior to his arrival. He protected our floors, and furniture, and left no mess. I was so pleased with his work that I’ve offered him another project to do in our home. I give Mark my highest personal recommendation!
