Mike is the definition of a pro. Knowledgeable, expert at his craft, knows the system, scheduled an appointment, texted to let me know when he was 15 minutes out, etc. Not only is this new system amazing, but Mike's craftsmanship at installing and explaining how it works (which is basically idiot proof) were invaluable. It took him less than 3 hours to do a complete uninstall of an old system and install of a new one. I strongly recommend.

I've been in the customer facing part of a service industry for nearly 30 years so I recognize exemplary service when I see it. Mike and John were fantastic, quick and clean with a new water softener install - on New Year's Eve, no less. Mike even cleaned up the less than stellar piping and routing left by the original installer and was very helpful in answering questions and stepping us through operation. I will be recommending Mike to anyone I talk to!

Mike is fantastic. We had stinky sulfuric water in a new home purchase. Hague is around half the price of Culligan and came out and did the installation right away. Very supportive after the installation and gave helpful advice on upkeep.
