Great service. Knowledgable and experienced. From the moment I spoke with Mike on the initial call I knew he was right for the job. We did not even bother with a second quote. For the first time in 19 years living in our house our water is good to drink. Hired Mike for our water softener and house filtration. Hired him a week later to install purified drinking water in our kitchen. Our water is now better than bottled. Paid exactly what I was quoted. Very satisfied.

Can't say enough about Mike from Hague. He followed up with my request immediately. Explained all my options, asked questions about the type of household I had & gave me a quote over the phone about the best type of unit I should use. Also mentioned coupons they had & gave me a really good discounted price. When he came to my house & accessed the job he noticed some piping that was old & needed replacing. He did this all at no extra charge. As well as taking my old unit away. A very friendly knowledgeable person who I would highly recommend!

Mike was great. Our existing tenant house water softener was leaking badly and needed to be replaced. He assessed the household requirements and recommended the appropriately sized new softener system (the existing system was far too large and unneeded). He quoted an exact price over the phone, and that was the price we paid, no hassle. Installation was quick (less than an hour), professional, and clean. Mike and his crew were a joy to work with, and we will be using them again for any future needs.

Mike, the owner, contacted me almost immediately. After asking some questions he was able to give me information about the specific water softener he felt I needed, pending confirmation of water testing which he would perform when he arrived, and he provided a firm price. What I really appreciated was that there was no sales pressure and no efforts to upsell, which is what I experienced from his competitors. (He even recommended against a service I was considering, saying it wasn't needed and not worth spending the money on). He was personable on the phone and installed the unit the next day. He and his associate arrived on time, were very professional, and completed the installation in less than 2 hours. During that time he answered any questions I had and even did some non-related value-added tasks at no charge (like supporting some copper pipes that were hanging loosely). The final cost was as promised with no surprises. Overall it was a good experience! Mike and his associate were very personable and friendly while acting in a professional manner! He's enjoyable to talk with, didn't object to my being present during the install, and I'm very comfortable recommending his services to anyone looking for a water treatment system.
