We are so happy with the water treatment solutions we purchased from Mike Rivette. The installation he did was neatly done in one day! The products work great. We use less than 1/2 the salt that we use to use with our old system. I wasn't around when Mike did the install but he made a special trip back just to show me how it all works. We have had no problems with both of the systems he installed. Mike is a real pro and we are so happy we contracted him.

Fast installation. There was an issue with one of Mikes employees putting the wrong softener on the truck. Instead of making us wait a few extra days mike gave us a refurbished unit temporarily and installed it. He scheduled is right away to come back and switch the unit out with a brand new one. I had an issue this evening with it making a noise. Mike called me back at 8PM on a Saturday. That is customer service right there. It was in a cleaning refill cycle and stopped 5 minutes later but it was great to know we could easily get a hold of him. The

I sent an email on Sunday and Mike responded by phone within an hour. He asked many questions about our house and our water usage, as this is a week-end home, our usage is different than a permanent home. He spoke about the different options appropriate for our situation and we set up an appointment for Tuesday morning. He was there on time with an assistant and explained the two different systems to us that would fulfill our needs. He had both systems on his truck and was able to install the one we choose the same morning. The installation took about an hour, exactly the time he told us. This was very important as we had to return to the city that morning. He and his assistant were very professional, neat, prompt, and informative. Before leaving he instructed us on the use of the system and how to maintain it. Since soft water effects soap and soap suds differently than unsoftened water he gave us suggestions on the use of our dishwasher, washing machine, and general washing and shampooing. While he checked our whole water system he told us that the membrane in our water tank was torn. We already knew this from our own plumber. He gave us an estimate for a replacement tank installed and the price was well below the other estimates we received. He is returning in three days (when we are back at our country house) to install the new water tank. We feel very comfortable with the decision we made to use Hague Water Systems.

very well. arrived on time. out in 1 hour and all fixed. but the impressive aspect is I called on Sunday and Mike called me back within 2 hours and set up the appointment. not everyone calls back on a sunday and he actually diagnosed the problem over the phone and walked  me thru how to shut down the system to prevent further damage. he was very professional and courteous. A+

Bought new water softener. Mike (the owner) was knowledgeable, straightforward and easy to work with. Communication was top notch. Hague systems are a little more expensive than your standard generic softener but they ought to return the investment and then some in performance and salt savings.
