Hague Water Systems

My call was promptly returned. They came out to test my water, made specific recommendations based on our discussion, and set up an appointment for completing the project within the same week. I appreciated the honest and frank discussion we had as to what was needed for my particular home. I did not feel pressured at any time to make any purchases. Once a decision was made by me materials were ordered. On the date of installation they arrived on time, were prepared for the job at hand, removed the old system, installed the new system, and cleaned up the work space when completed. I also received a follow up call and contact numbers should I have any questions and or concerns. They want to be sure that I was satisfied with my new system. I was pleased with the work done.

It went great. They were on time, pleasant to deal with. The existing water softener had been installed poorly with excess piping and a bad drain system. They addressed all of that, repiping, adding a new drain with check valve, added a brace to support the line coming into the house and repositioned the new unit to a better location, all for the previously agreed on price. All in about an hour and a half. Great job, couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend them.

Mike Rivette did an outstanding job. He was extremely knowledgeable,courteous,and just plain great to work with,and answered all my questions(it was pretty obvious that he was an expert in his line of work)he even went out of his way to fix some clogged valves of mine,at his own cost,so his own unit would would function optimally. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS without any hesitation-and by the way, the unit is nice looking,fists in small spaces,and is very quiet and efficient.

Extremely well. We have used Mike Rivette (Hague Water Systems) in the past for an installation on a water softener/filtration system. He is always available whenever you call him to answer questions. He comes right over to your home within 30 minutes. He is very knowledgeable in his field. He does great work and cleans up after he is done with the job. I trust him explicitly with his recommendations on what my needs are. That's why I called him to come over and replace my well pressure tank. He goes over and beyond. I would recommend him highly and I have recommended him to many others.

It could not have gone better, as evidenced by the justified straight-As I entered above. I recommend that one interested in obtaining a water-treatment system first call a company other than Hague, ask questions about how their system works, the cost, the benefits, the warranty (length and coverage) and how--exactly--their system compares to a "comparable" system offered by Hague. Listen closely to how the individual (likely just a salesperson) responds. Then call Mike Rivett at Hague and do the same thing. Based on my experience, the difference in his experience, expertise, and professionalism, let alone in the benefits, cost, and warranty of the Hague product, will be night and day and choosing Hague will be a no-brainer.

Mike is professional, knowledgeable, and an overall nice guy. Will definitely be hiring him again for future projects.
