One of the best companies I've hired in the home field. I work in design and construction and have experience with a lot of companies. HomeCo is not the normal hire. They treated my home like it was their own, you could argue that they treated it even better than I would have. Honest, reliable, great at communication. Highly recommend them. They won't try to upsell you, they simply do honest quality work.

Definitely a FIVE STAR service. These guys came in, went into the water and mud then went to work. They never complained and worked hard every day till the job was completed. All the work was done to a high standard and efficient all the time, just cant say enough. Now like I told Allen I've never bought one of these so he took the time to show me some work he had done which was very helpful because I only knew I had a problem and wanted to see how he as going to fix it. After seeing it HomeCo was hired on the spot. The only other work I'd seen was done by the people in the big green truck and there was no comparison. The job I got was twice as good and less than half the cost so no brainier. At my friends house where (the green truck was) we were Leveling the piers and a large portion was actually rotted and they never said a word, I was shocked. He wound up having to get a large portion of the structure rebuilt. He was fixing to remodel the entire house and would have thrown all his money away because they didn't tell him anything was wrong. Allen came out and inspected my house and my neighbors because we had the same issues and did a great job on both homes. Not only did he and crew do everything they said he fixed small issues and brought my attention to things I needed to do so hopefully the next generation can enjoy the home I built in 1985. Well under my home is not a place to dread going any more so inspections will be more often cause I almost feel like I need to dust and vacuum under there now........So Thanks to all at HomeCo.......... He and his wife are nice folks to work with. They were even willing to do smaller related jobs.

Job was done on time and very efficiently. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that needs to have Foundation work done.

Good people good work

The original work was done on time and turned out pretty good. Make sure you get everything in writing. Lamar promised to come & do some extra work, when called to do it, he kept saying he would come and never has. After a year, we gave up. Had a conversation with his wife, the owner and she sent someone out. Then we never heard anymore. There is a section that has started to sink again, I have called 3 times to their office and left a message about it and asking them to honor the written warranty, they have yet to call us back.

Very professional work and got on job quickly and got it done

I was pleasantly surprised with the work ethic of this company. The owner, Lamar, immediately responded and the deciding factor for this company was the entirely detailed quote with pictures showing how things would be done. We were expecting the job site supervisor, Allen, to come by to determine what materials were needed. Allen and his co-worker, Mike, came by and instead of getting a list of materials, they started work! That was a first for me! Job site was kept completely clean and Allen continually kept me updated. It is nice to see that some folks still support the ethics of a job well done and suppling customers with knowledge along the way.

Everything went as projected. Could not have been any better. All things were explained and we gained knowledge about how our problems came to be and how they would be fixed. Problem solved. We highly recommend Lamar Baria of HomeCo. Thanks!!
