I had previously had another company come out and they said it would cost 1500.00. I paid them only to find out they said it would cost additional amount of 4000.00. I feel I was totally ripped off of 1500.00 and did not use them to complete the foundation issues. Needless to say I was skeptical on finding another company. Lamar came out and took pictures of the foundation issues and immediately emailed the pics while he was here and explained in detail what needed to be done and the contract was very detailed. Alan and his crew were great and even made sure the gate was closed to the property so my dogs would not get out. Even my killer dachsund (Kutz) liked the crew. Thanks HomeCo!

We hired Homeco to check our foundation.We knew we had issues.Lamar came out and gave us a knowledgable and HONEST estimate of what we needed done.We had had other companies out for estimates.A new sill was installed and concrete foundation supports were installed.We also had them get rid of the mold,install automatic vents,crawlspace fan and moisture barrier.At no point were we pressured into having more done than we chose to do.The job began quickly.Either Lamar or Shae were on site with the work crew. Allen,was very well trained and such a perfectionist.Shae and Lamar are also perfectionists,who stand behind their company.Every person who came to the job were polite and friendly.But the most important thing was that everyone worked so very hard.There was absolutely no messes left.The job was finished and went beyond our expectations.I would highly recommend Homeco to anyone needing their service.I also want to thank each and ever person who worked here.

Installed new floor jacks to shore up floor joists on a 45 year old home, replaced rotted and cracked floor joists, repaired wrapping on the duct work and put two hydrostatic fans in the crawl space to force moisture down towards the dehumidifier. Job was done very professionally and very timely. Would highly HomeCo for anyone experiencing similar issues.

There's no one else to even call if you have water issues. Great price, quality. Arrived same day I signed contract.

Happy with the work. Only complaint is that they arranged for termite service after termite tunnels were present during foundation inspection. I paid Homeco for this as part of the job. I was supposed to get a termite bond but after over 3 weeks it still has not arrived.
