    My husband and I hired Dale to replace cracked grout in my bathroom (floors & shower), as well as replace old caulk around the tub. Initially he was great to work with; very accommodating schedule-wise, even working on a Sunday as this was best for his and our schedules. The work was done in a timely manner with what appeared to be quality materials; however, within a few days all of the caulk had cracked around the tub. We contacted him and he came back with his associate to remove and replace the caulk (his thought was that what he thought was a fairly fresh material may have been older, causing the cracks); again, all seemed well. The repair seemed to be fine and he confirmed that all work should be good for a matter of years based on the materials utilized. One month later the replaced caulk began cracking and we noticed that some of the grout was also chipping on the floor (in a spot that was previously problematic). I tried to contact Dale via the form on his website (no response after a week), via email (no response after a week), and finally via text to his cell - at this point he finally responded with, "Ok, I will get out there as soon As I can, call you later". He never responded after that point and certainly never came to re-mediate the issue and/or offer some type of refund. While the initial workmanship and price seemed great, I wish we had paid a bit more for a company with a formal warranty who would have worked with us until the work was done with quality.
