Grout Masters of Virginia

It took many calls to finally schedule the grout repair in my shower stall. Although initially the job looked great, the material they used has already begun to peel and mold/mildew has returned. Not sure what to do next.

Came out on Sunday, quick and tidy.

Courteous, professional, on time. They encountered a few problems but took care of those with minimum extra expense. Would definitely hire them again.

This contractor is very professional and courteous. He kept us informed as to the time line and completion time. He has a lot of experience in this field and you can rely on his work being done correctly. The completed job looked like a new shower stall. He was also very concerned over the chemical fumes that might be generated and was very careful to minimize the exposure.

I waited 4 months to submit this since I had my tub caulked by several other companies and they all failed, This company did a wonderful job and no signs of peeling away as with the previous work by others. I would highly recommend this company.

Dale and Kevin are affordable, on time, and know their specialty. I would hire them again for any tile, grout, or caulking work in my home. It was a pleasure working with them.Kevin also accomplished a challenging task of repair broken tile in my husband's shower. Looks great.

Both bathrooms look great, just like brand new. Will co sider using them for other jobs as they pop up. Dale and his coworker arrived on time and worked continually until the job was done. They made suggestions as the job progressed which were very helpful. Thanks for doing a great job!

Dale was quick to respond to my inquiry and was able to complete the estimate and re-caulking of my tub on a weekend within 3 days of the request. Very nice and professional. Would definitely use again.

They were punctual and the work they did looks really good. They did everything that I asked so I can and won't complain. Thank you guys. This definitely saved me a lot of money as most other quotes involved tiling the entire shower and bathroom over again.
