    Dale (the Master) thoroughly cleaned and stained the grout in a very large area of our home. He did a great job and was very personable and professional. His price was fair and we would highly recommend him.

    HIred to clean grout in kitchen and powder room. I did not even realize how dirty the grout was until it was finished, they did a fantastic job. Will use their service again without hesitation.

    Dale was really good about his communication and promptness. Originally hired to regrout our master bedroom shower and was then hired to also install a shower in our basement. The shower turned out beautifully and got a lot of comments during the open house.

    I contacted HomeAdvisor and Grout Masters of Virginia contacted me the next day and came out on a Sunday which was great. The price they quoted and charged me was great. They did not ask me about caulking along the corners of the shower (previously grouted) as the caulk and grout do not match. I would have preferred to be consulted. After they left, I found three holes in the grout and one hole in the caulking. I contacted them and they came out the next day to fix. They fixed all four holes with grout (even the caulking which is a slightly different color).
