I went with the contractor with the highest review. That, and other contractors gave estimates over the phone, with a wide range. Glass/Windows Solutions stopped by and gave an accurate estimate. They were punctual and got the job done.

Gilbert was exceptional. He called and set up appt. for a free estimate, which was provided to me. I accepted as it was a very fair price for the work. We scheduled the date and time and Gilbert was here! Excellent service, very professional and polite. I would use Glass and Window Solutions again as well as recommend them.

Gilbert called to set up an appointment (being flexible for 4:45 PM) to give a free estimate and was the most cost-efficient compared to all the other estimates (beating some of the others by more than 50%). When I confirmed the work, he was ready to get it done then and there itself and swiftly completed it showing good craftsmanship. I recommend Gilbert for any window/glass work in the NoVA area.
