Giant factory direct is a excellent choice when shopping for a aluminum awning. the guys are friendly and are very knowledgeable. The area was cleaned completely as if they were never here. Im very happy with my patio awning.

Jerry, the installer was very polite and didn't even stop to take a lunch. The front and back porches look so amazing. The quality of the work and product is superb. A lady drove by and stopped to ask for a card, she loved the transformation as I also do. I can't say enough, I wish I had a sign out front for people to have access to information. A job well done. Once again, Jerry the installer was one of the best workers we have had here doing a job. He cleaned up and left it in great shape and didn't even mess up our flower beds. Thank you so much. Great job...….

excellent installation of my patio cover,when he got here it started raining,,he unloaded his truck .but he hung around and started working in between rain drops, and finished it and it looks AMAZING,and this man done it all by himself,i was really impressed with his work attitude,i would hire GIANT again if i could get him......excellent work

We purchased an insulated patio cover and are very pleased with the finished product. It is much sturdier than the cover it replaced and makes an attractive addition to our home. All work was completed in a day, the installers did a great job, and pricing was reasonable. We would not hesitate to hire Giant Factory Direct for a future project!

We were looking for an awning to cover our porch and Giant Factory Direct, LLC had the best looking ones. The owner, Chris, gave his personal attention for our project from showing the style of the awning, estimation of cost, and completion of project. As a matter of fact the cost was reduced from the estimate which was very much appreciated. The company supports military personnel and veterans. The installer was both professional and knowledgeable about the product he installed and cleaned up the construction area well. The awing looks awesome! We would definitely recommend Giant Factory Direct, LLC!
