Great job. Professional, Jason was friendly and did a good job. He was very careful about his work & wanted to do a good job. Tish in the office kept me updated on installation schedules. Chris, the estimator, gave some helpful information & was able to answer my questions. I would hire them again and will recommend them to my neighbors.

Cannot say enough nice things about this company and our awning. From start to finish, Chris was accessible and responsive to our questions. He and his team kept us updated throughout the process and crossed all t's and dotted all i's with the necessary permits and inspections. Chris personally came to look at the awing after it was installed to make sure that we were satisfied. We have wanted a covered back awning for years and finally decided to pull the trigger with Giant. The product exceeded our expectations and have transformed the use of our back patio from being a hot piece of concrete that gets direct sunlight all year long to an expansion of our living space. Installation was quick and we have had several days of rain since it was installed. No leaks and the integrated gutter system works like a charm. If you are considering a covered back patio, I highly recommend that you check them out. Exceptional product at a fair price.

We waited a few months so we could evaluate everything. The install went just as planned and afterward, all questions were answered. Called several times , emailed and nothing in return Tell me they would email bill have by such and such date . Pretty simple project just deliver and go Won t return any messages Home Advisor Contractor s lately must rate contractors on what the contractor pays
