We have low eaves so no one could figure out how to install a roof over our deck without mounting it on the roof or putting it under the eaves (where I would bump my head.) These guys incorporated it into the eaves and took extra steps to blend the design to match the existing house trim. It came out BEAUTIFUL. We are beyond pleased.

For 28 years, my wife and I have wanted to have a roof over our patio. Purchasing from a small local business, we not only got a reasonable price, BUT, the quality of the materials, appearance, and workmanship are unbelievable! Minor issues were quickly resolved by the owner! Giant Factory Direct is the BEST!

Chris and his crew did a FANTASTIC job on my mom's porch cover. She ABSOLUTELY LOVES IT. I cane 5 starts with a caveat he had to cut/remove a downspout and he did not remedy it. Totally understand and I was okay with it being taken out not realizing he wasn't going to fix it. BUT, if you have to remove something, you should be prepared to fix it OR be sure it is clearly understood what is to happen. I didn"t know; he had supposedly told my mom but she is 88 and she didn't realize what he meant. IF my husband and I hadn't "mickey moused' a new downspout, she would have had a mess and the house foundation would have had a water issue as was going to rain the next week. So just be aware if they need to take something down and remove it, YOU will need to remedy/repair it. Otherwise, I HIGHLY recommend them. Courteous, punctual, delivered as promised. Mom is already enjoying/loving it after 1 day!. Did a great job!

Installed awning over porch. Fantastic job.

We bought a patio cover in 2018 from Giant Factory Direct and were very satisfied with the quality and appearance of the product. But it was destroyed when a nearby tree was uprooted in a storm and fell across the patio. Chris worked with us to have the old cover hauled away and replaced with a new one. We expect to be able to enjoy this patio cover for many years to come!

We had Chris come out to give us an estimate on adding a cover over our existing deck and tie it into our screen room. He was very professional on his discussion with us on different options and what we would expect to see when complete. His team came out and installed the metal cover in a very timely manner and answered all my questions while they were installing the cover. I would highly recommend using Chris and his installers for your next project.

Giant installed a deck awning for us. Chris came out, measured, explained the entire process and sent us an itemized quote down to the type of screws being used. Adam and his crew were very respectful of our property during the process. We didn't have to remove any deck furnishings and they replaced everything when finished. The awning looks fantastic! Tish from the office kept us informed throughout the process, including arrival and departure times of the crew. They didn't ask for any payment until they were finished and we were happy with the outcome. We highly recommend this very professional and exceptional company.

Worked with us to figure out what we wanted, explained our options and how the system worked. Willingly answered and explained any and all questions I had (even after the initial visit). Install crew was efficient, timely and did an outstanding job on the install. The awning makes a huge difference on our patio (which was drenched in sunlight all day long). Would definitely recommend them and would kick myself for for not doing this a few years ago!
