Very prompt, and knowledgable about Smart Home technology. Showed up on time and completed a wide range of electrical projects the same day. Had an incident with our carpet but proactively pointed it out and initiated a solution immediately, very trustworthy. I did find their cost on the higher side compared to others, but the service was priced fairly

Gen 3 was a pleasure to work with in every way. Staff in the office were easy to reach and promptly scheduled the appointment and the work. The estimate was reasonable and detailed. Brian and Osiris were professional and gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing. They carefully patched the ceiling after installing recessed lighting and did a thorough cleanup. I'm very happy with their work and would hire them again.

The young man who did the work was extremely polite and helpful. I had prearranged for the color of the outlet being replaced and I did not properly describe the color and he brought the wrong one. He actually drove over to the local Home Depot to get the right color. He also did a light switch replacement for us as well. Showed up on time.

The two gentlemen were very professional,and courteous and worked at a proficient pace,completing the (3) complicated service request by early afternoon, to which I commend them. I will be using Gen3 Electric in the near future,and would most certainly recommend this company to others.

I expected the staff came with a long ladder to help me replace the deal celling bulb. But he only recommended me to change the light fixture, which I lately found out it was not necessary. But he still helped me to removed the deal bulb without changing me any money.
